Auch ich wurde durch diesen Typen angegeigt, welcher seit 1999 solchen Spam verschickt. In einem Gästebuch hatte er sich gar als Manager ausgegeben. Scheinbar floriert 'dieses Geschäft' sehr gut.

Hab heute auch diese Mail bekommen und ihn nach seiner Adresse gefragt, weil ich ihm eigentlich ein paar Sachen zuschicken wollte. Dies kam als Antwort:

Den letzten Absatz fand ich aber dann so auf die Tränendrüse gedrückt das ich vorsichtshalber mal bei Google nach dem Typen geschaut hab und dadurch bin ich - Gott sei Dank - auf eure Seite gestoßen. Es ist ja unglaublich wieviele Menschen der angeschrieben hat. Der lebt jetzt bestimmt in aller besten Verhältnissen...

Bei solchen Mails sollte man sich immer zuerst fragen, woher so einer an die Mailadresse gekommen ist...

Ja eigentlich fall ich auf sowas nicht rein, aber in dem Fall gehöre ich auch zu den doofen.

Die Lehre: einfach alles an emails ignorieren und an seriöse Organisationen spenden.

Weis wirklich nicht was ich davon halten soll,natürlich kenne ich die Zustände in Russland und es liegt mir sehr viel daran etwas zu tun, aber wenn ich das hier so lese dann frage ich mich ehrlich wie ein Mensch mit dem Leid anderer so etwas machen kann. Es ist mir einfach unverständlich und ich bin mehr als erschrocken darüber wie ein Mensch zu so etwas fähig ist, wo doch wirklich Menschen verhungern müssen, Kinder auf der Straße leben, keine Medikamente vorhanden sind um die Krankheiten behandeln zu können. Um nur einen Bruchteil von dem los zu werden was in der Welt geschied, wo es uns hier so gut geht und wir uns noch immer beklagen, weil wir vom Wohlstand verwöhnt sind und immer mehr wollen anstatt unseren Blick auf das Wesentliche zu konzentrieren. Meine Tochter (18) hat so eine Mail gekriegt und geweint.. die ganze Familie rebellisch gemacht, die Mail ausgedruckt und für die Schule mehrfach fotokopiert... und ich hab die ganze Zeit die Ehre gehabt die böse Mama zu spielen und zu erklären, dass das einfach nicht richtig sein kann und der Typ sich vermutlich dadurch nur bereichern will.
Da musste ich mir seit gestern so einiges anhören und nun kam ich auf die Idee zu goggeln *erleichtert ist* Jetzt kann ich mein ungutes Gefühl wenigstens untermauern.

Es gibt bestimmt Hilfsbedürftige Russen und ich versprach ihr spontan eine reale Familie ausfindig zu machen und gezielt Weihnachtspakete zu schicken. Sie hat bald Geburtstag und hat sich das als Geschenk gewünscht.. jemanden ein wenig froher zu machen. Bewundernswerter Enthusiasmus, der mich nun auch einiges kosten wird.. nicht, dass ich es sooo dicke hab, aber eine gute Sache.. nicht nur wegen Weihnachten.

So hat dieser Halunke wenigstens eines bewirkt: Wir werden uns wesentlich weniger an Weihnachten schenken, aber hoffentlich in anderen ein Licht entzünden.

Am 24.09.2005 wurde ich auch mit der "Valentin-Mail" über Arcor "beglückt". Erst rätselt man ja, ist an der schlimmen Situation dieser Familie wirklich was dran?
Aber genauer betrachtet: Kein Geld - aber Student/ wie konnte er mich per Mail über meine Uralt-Internetadresse erreichen/ Mutter blind und krank - keine genauen Angaben der Erkrankungen .... Diese Seite hat mir nun auch meine letzten Zweifel genommen.

auch ich habe schon das 2. Jahr mit Valentin zu tun. Ich hoffe sehr, dass diesem Schurken das Handwerk gelegt wird. Es ist einfach nur unglaublich, wie skrupellos manche Menschen sich an der Armut vieler Leute bereichern können. Leider wird das sicher viele Spender abschrecken und den Schaden haben dann auch seriöse Einrichtungen, die über wichtige Hilfe dankbar wären.

naja, ob das skrupellos ist weiß man sicher erst wenn man mal in der Ryleeva Str. 6-45 war und dem Valentin die Hand geschüttelt hat.(vielleicht da mal eine nacht bei -20° verbracht hat)
Sicher ist, das es arme Menschen gibt, egal wo. In Deutschland gehts auch den armen noch gut!
kostenlos essen gibt es an verschiedenen stellen. in RU nicht,und sonst wo auch nich.

Es ist natürlich schade, wenn Leute wie Valentin die Hilfsbereitschaft von Menschen derart schamlos ausnützen - und das seit mittlerweile 6 Jahren.

Besonders schade ist, dass jene Menschen die wirklich Hilfe benötigen meist leer ausgehen bzw. den Kontakt zu offiziellen Stellen scheuen.

Dass der gute Valentin legal zu solch einer umfangreichen Mailliste mit mehreren tausend Adressen gekommen ist, muss bezweifelt werden. Ich bin z.B sehr restriktiv was die Weitergabe meiner Email Adresse betrifft und habe keine Ahnung wie 'Valentin' dazu gekommen ist.

Mein Apell: Spendet Organisationen, die vertrauenserweckend sind und im eigenen Land eine Vertretung haben.

Mein Name ist Christian und mir wurde auch so ein Brief gesendet! Natürlich habe ich etwas Geld gesendet. Nicht viel nur so 50,00€ aber das ist auch schon Geld. Bei der Überweisung habe ich meine Passnummer angegeben und der Herr Valentin musste das Geld mit seinem Pass abholen. Dadurch ist seine Passnummer bei Western Unien hinterlegt. Wir könnten ihn also jetzt als Wildsau über den Planeten jagen. Ich warte allerdings erst mal ab welche Briefe ich noch bekomme.

Hallo, ich bin 12 und wurde auch von diesem typen reingelegt.Er schickte mir die selbe Nachricht, und nachdem ich sie gelesen habe, fing ich an zu sparen und schickte 300 Euro nach Russland.
Als ich merkte,dass ich reingelegt wurde, schwor ich mir, Rache zu nehmen, sobald ich 20 bin. Ich werde dieses verfluchte Schwein töten, koste es was es wolle. Ich will nur eins, RACHE!!!

eindeutig SCAM, die ich jetzt schon zum wiederholten male bekomme. Wenn ich schon zum ersten mal nicht geantwortet habe, werde ich nun bereits daran erinnert.Ich kenne das SPIEL von Africa.Dort scheint man der Meinung zu sein, den Weißen geht es allen zu gut und man hat das Recht sie auch ausnehmen zu können.Das sind richtige Profis, die jeden Hollywood Schauspieler in den Schatten stellen und das noch dazu organisiert betreiben.Sicher gibt es viele, die dringed Hilfe brauchen. Die benehmen sich aber nicht so dreist.Das jemand hier - und wie sich zeigt schon lange - mit der russischen Variante das Spiel betreibt, betrübt mich sehr. Zumal ich mich dort gut auskenne und real bereits vielen helfen konnte, als die Not am größten war.

Auch ich habe nunmehr zum wiederholten Male den Brief bekommen, und zwar in der (neuen) Version, wie Joerg ihn letztens bekommen hat. Bekomme das Mail schon seit Jahren 1x im Jahr immer 1-2 Monate vor Weihnachten. Ich bilde mir ein, dass das schon seit 1996 so geht, würde aber jetzt nicht die Hand dafür ins Feuer legen.
Jedenfalls dürfte Valentin jetzt endlich fertigstudiert haben. Mit 25 eigentlich ganz annehmbar. Begonnen haben muss er ja spätestens mit 17, wenn nicht mit 14 nach meiner Erinnerung. Dass ein so junges Genie nicht schon längst in Amerika als Top-Wissenschaftler arbeitet. Im Übrigen hat sich ja auch der Schreibstil verändert - zu Beginn des Studiums (?) war der Brief in einem recht guten English mit dem einen oder anderen 'Russizismus' abgefasst. Nun hat mit dem Abschluß eine wahre 'Boratisierung' statt gefunden, anscheinend hat der Herr (sofern's nicht ohnehin jetzt ein anderer ist) das Geld gehabt den Film zu sehen. Nichts liegt mir ferner, als mich über wirklich Bedürftige lustig zu machen, aber dieser 'Valentin' ist schon ein richtiger Zeck! Dessen sollte sich mal einer der Meister der Scambaiter / 419eaters annehmen, zum Beispiel der legendäre Typ, der die Cole baits durchgezogen hatte (da ging's um Sendung wertlosen Schrotts wie kaputter Waschmaschinen an das dementsprechende afrikanische Syndikat, die dann auch noch für den Versand selbst aufkommen mussten :D ).

P.S. bei den Cole baits ging es ja eigentlich um die Sendung von 'Anus Laptops', durch einen gewissen Butch Driveshaft ;D

Ich hab diese Mail auch bekommen und mal gegoogelt, bin dadurch auf diese Seite gestossen. Klar, dieser Typ macht das schon seit Jahren, ned unbedingt toll von ihm. Aber mal ehrlich, wem von uns würden ein paar Tafeln Schokolade, ein paar Socken oder ähnliche Kleinigkeiten wirklich in die Armut stürzen? Wieviele von uns geben täglich mehr Geld für unnützes Zeug aus als andere in anderen Ländern zum Überleben brauchen würden?
Valentin, wie sich dieser Student nennt, wird von mir natürlich nix bekommen. Aber mich hat diese Email dazu ermuntert mit einer Arbeitskollegin von mir die aus Moskau kommt gemeinsame Sache zu machen und einer wirklich armen Familie in Russland das Weihnachtsfest zu verschönern. Ich werde meiner Familie und meinen Freunden sagen dass ich mir zu Weihnachten nichts wünsche sondern dass sie das Geld das sie für mich ausgeben wollten in Dinge investieren sollen die ich dann der Familie in Russland schicken kann.
Auch wenn dieser Valentin ein Schuft ist ... ohne diese Mail hätte ich vielleicht nie dran gedacht so etwas zu tun. Denn Spenden an Hilfsorganisationen sind nicht das was ich gerne mache. Da verkommt meist mehr Geld in der Administration als dann bei den Armen ankommt.

Nun, mal nach dem Namen gegoogelt - siehe da, versucht doch wieder einer mit der Mitleidsmasche Kasse zu machen... die Sachspenden verscherbelt der doch sicher sofort. Übelste Spam also, kommt gleich nach der Nigeria Connection...Pech für den, der darauf reinfällt.

They received a very high pennalty all

They must do that in the whole
world, give big pennalties if they

I have a 6-years daughter, her father abandoned us and we live with my mother. Recently my mother lost job due to old age and our situation became very difficult.

During the last months the prices for gas and electricity became very high in our region and we cannot use it to heat our home anymore.

The only accessible way for us heat our home is to use portable oven which give heat with burning wood. We have a lot wood in our region and this oven will heat our home all winter for minimal charges.

We need portable wood burning oven, but we cannot buy it in our local market because it cost equivalent of 194 Euros and is very expensive for us. Ich war mir nicht sicher, aber jetzt weiß ich, daß ich das schon letztes Jahr einmal gelesen habe. Valentin & Co haben die letzten Winter überlebt und er will seine Ofensammlung erweitern.

Falls jemand wirklich will das seine Spende zu 100 % ohne Verwaltungskostenabzug ankommt, dann hier der Hinweis, das jeder Lions Club auf der Welt verpflichtet ist, zwei separate Konten zu führen. Eines für die Mitgliedsbeiträge, mit denen säntliche Verwaltungskosten bezahlt werden und ein zweites für die Spenden und Einnahmen aus karitativen Projekten. Von diesem Spendenkonto darf kein Cent für Verwaltungskosten abgehoben werden. Hier wird nur abgehoben, wenn man einem Projekt Geld geben will. Diese werden aber ganz genau geprüft.
Habe im Urlaub jmd. kennengelernt, der am Christkindlmarkt für 5-6 Wochen einen Punschstand betreibt und so viel Geld verdient, daß er das ganze Jahr über nichts mehr arbeitet gehen muß und sogar noch Arbeitslosengeld dazu bekommt!!!
Daher eine Bitte für die Adventzeit:
Bitte geht zu den Lions Punschständen, denn alle arbeiten ehrenamtlich und das Geld kommt auch bei den wirklich Hilfsbedürftigen an.

thank you very much for this information. I was also thinking to send the money... but I didn't :-) I had an "elena-letter". I'm also coming from UdSSR... Someone wrote, that "Valentyn" would have to show his pass to get the money. For the criminals it's no problem - a stolen pass costs appr.10 USD on a "black market". I think the easiest way to help could be a clothes donation to Caritas etc.
